This course will teach you how to create natural looking cosmetic restorations. With detailed images and close up videos, anyone can learn how to successfully contour anterior restorations.
Contouring Anterior Bridges teaches the exact procedures for reproducing each of the 10 components of a natural smile as taught in The Science of a Natural Smile Online Course. Using repeatable steps helps the student learn quickly and with great retention.
By default, the course takes you through the entire process 3 times (cycles). As you complete the three (3) cycles of the course, your confidence and certainty will increase. You will verify your progress as you complete a 6 unit bridge with each cycle. Short quizzes at the end of each section make sure the student understands the material. Students who have mastered the material after 1 or 2 cycles may proceed to the final exam and skip the remaining cycles. Students have ninety (90) days to complete the course.
Your purchase includes the following options: The online course, a Contouring Anterior Bridges TechBook, an articulated 3D printed anterior 6 unit bridge die model and opposing, three (3) printed 6 unit resin bridges for practice. For home study, you can purchase a support package that includes a variable speed electric hand-piece and a complete student kit with all tools and burs necessary to contour your bridges. The recommended package includes: the online course, CAB TechBook, models & bridges and student kit.
The student kit includes: 1 Box ea S-301, S-303 & S-313 greenstones, 1 med & 1 fine T-101 tapered diamond, 1 D-201 diamond disc, 2 #35 F&G burs, 1 med paraboidal cingulum refiner, 1 PTC anterior contouring wheel, 10 speedy discs and 1 mandrel.
Students who pass the course with a score of 85% or higher may purchase a Certificate of Completion and receive CDT credits.
